8月11日，川普总统在Truth Social宣布：在他的指示下，Mehmet Oz医生正式宣布，Medicaid将不再为未成年人支付性别转换手术和激素治疗费用。
On August 11, President Trump announced on Truth Social that, at his direction, Dr. Mehmet Oz formally declared that Medicaid will no longer fund gender transition surgeries and hormone treatments for minors.

President Trump clearly stated: “We are not going to pay for our innocent children to undergo these barbaric surgeries and practices, which result in unthinkable and irreversible harm to their young bodies.” Thanks to the strong position and pressure over the past year and a half, dozens of U.S. hospitals have already ended so-called “gender-affirming care,” and more are expected to follow.

8月10日，川普总统签署行政命令《为美国人提供黄金标准儿童疫苗推荐》，正式调整联邦儿童疫苗推荐方案。
On August 10, President Trump signed an executive order titled “Delivering Gold Standard Childhood Vaccine Recommendations for Americans,” formally revising the federal childhood vaccine schedule.
根据新规定：
- 所有儿童普遍推荐的疫苗从原来的约17-18种疾病，减少到11种核心疫苗（包括麻疹、腮腺炎、风疹、白喉、破伤风、百日咳、小儿麻痹、Hib、肺炎球菌、HPV和水痘）。
- 其他疫苗（如乙肝、甲肝、流感、轮状病毒、RSV、新冠、脑膜炎等）改为仅针对高风险人群，或由家长与医生共同决定。

Under the new rules:
- Vaccines universally recommended for all children are reduced from approximately 17–18 diseases to 11 core vaccines (including measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, Hib, pneumococcal disease, HPV, and varicella).
- Other vaccines (such as hepatitis A and B, influenza, rotavirus, RSV, COVID-19, and meningococcal disease) are now recommended only for high-risk groups or through shared clinical decision-making between parents and doctors.
- The combined MMR vaccine is recommended to be split into separate single-disease shots and administered across separate medical visits whenever possible, giving parents more choice.

3. Revoking More Than 175,000 Dangerous Visas

On August 10, the U.S. State Department announced that more than 175,000 visas held by foreign nationals have been revoked since President Trump returned to office. The revocations primarily targeted those who committed crimes in the U.S. (assault, DUI, sexual assault, child abuse, drug offenses, etc.), publicly celebrated the assassination of Charlie Kirk, engaged in “birth tourism,” or posed foreign policy threats.

4. New Book The Golden Age Praises President Trump for “Saving America”
就在今天（8月11日），保守派评论员Todd Starnes的新书《黄金时代：川普如何拯救美国》正式上市。川普总统本人亲自推荐，称作者是“自由的坚定捍卫者和伟大的爱国者”。众议院议长Mike Johnson也为该书作序。
Just today (August 11), conservative commentator Todd Starnes’ new book The Golden Age: How Trump Saved America was officially released. President Trump personally recommended it, calling the author “a fierce defender of freedom and a great patriot.” House Speaker Mike Johnson also wrote a foreword for the book.
书中记录川普总统如何恢复学校与家庭、重塑国家主权、重建军队，并给美国带来希望与繁荣。
