At 9:45 a.m. Pacific on September 9, the official White House account posted: if an illegal alien is behind the wheel of a heavy truck, call ICE’s new commercial driver’s license fraud tipline — 866-347-2423. The caption: Too many American lives have been lost to a reckless illegal alien behind the wheel of a semi-truck. Enough is enough.

同一天，国土安全部发布正式声明。部长马尔韦恩·马林（Markwayne Mullin）说：不该上路的非法移民却拿到了CDL，美国人因此丧命或终身残障。ICE与交通部将一起打掉造假发证，不能再死一个人。号码由ICE国土安全调查司（HSI）使用，今天被单独标成CDL欺诈专线。
The same day Homeland Security issued the official note. Secretary Markwayne Mullin said illegal aliens who have no business on American roads were granted CDLs, and Americans have died or been changed for life. ICE and the Department of Transportation will crack down so not one more life is lost. The number is the HSI tip line, today labeled for CDL fraud.
CDL是开半挂、大客车的商业驾照。联邦要打的是买证、代考、驾校造假、英语不过关却拿到证。交通部此前已关闭约110所驾校，并在23个州展开调查。公路上另有联合行动 “Operation Highway Shield”（公路之盾）。
A CDL is the license for semis and buses. The target is bought tests, proxy testers, mills that print cards, and drivers certified who cannot meet English and safety rules. Transportation has already shut about 110 truck schools and opened probes in 23 states. On the highways, a joint effort called Operation Highway Shield is running.
国土安全部点名近年致死、致伤案例：海地籍无证司机迈克尔·邦持马萨诸塞CDL，2026年7月撞死宾州州警；印度籍苏赫杰夫·辛格持纽约CDL，2026年3月在印第安纳致美国公民重伤，随后被ICE逮捕；加州发证的哈金德·辛格2025年8月在佛罗里达违章调头，致三人死亡。发证的是州，死人的是美国公路。
DHS named recent cases: Michael Bon, an illegal alien from Haiti with a Massachusetts CDL, killed a Pennsylvania state trooper in July 2026. Sukhdev Singh, an illegal alien from India with a New York CDL, put a U.S. citizen in hospital in Indiana in March 2026; ICE arrested him. Harjinder Singh, licensed in California, made an illegal U-turn in Florida in August 2025 and three people died. States issued the cards. American roads took the dead.
白宫帖把动员写得很直：看见问题就打。官方稿写的是举报欺诈——假证、违规发证、不合格上路。两条并在一起，目的只有一个：重型车方向盘上必须是合法、合格的人。
The White House post is a call to dial. The department text is a call to report fraud — fake papers, bad issuances, unqualified drivers. Together they say one thing: the wheel of a semi belongs to a lawful, qualified driver.
六四天网认为： 半挂不是小轿车。一次造假发证，就是一次用美国公路赌命。川普政府把热线公开、把州发的证和死人的名对上，是在做边境之后该做的第二件事：已经进来的人，不能再拿一本不该拿的本子去碾美国人。保护生命不是口号。先把不合格的方向盘收回来。
Tianwang’s view: A semi is not a sedan. One fraudulent CDL is a wager with American lives. The Trump administration put the number in public and matched state-issued cards to names of the dead. That is the second job after the border: people already inside do not get a license they were never entitled to hold. Protecting lives is not a slogan. Take the wheel back from the unqualified.
