美国参议员兰德·保罗近日公开前NIAID所长安东尼·福奇超过1100页私人日记，再次证实：福奇早在2020年1月就知道华南海鲜市场“不是源头，只是放大器”，2月更私下估算新冠病死率仅0.2%-0.3%。然而他随后在公开场合和国会宣誓作证时，故意夸大死亡率、鼓吹“科学已证明自然溢出”，并积极参与把实验室泄漏打成“阴谋论”的叙事工程。
这不是科学谨慎，而是系统性公共欺骗。
日记显示，福奇在明知真实风险远低于宣传的情况下，仍配合推动高强度封锁、强制检测和全民恐慌。这种被刻意放大的恐惧，直接为美国多个关键州以“疫情紧急”为由，临时大规模改变选举规则提供了借口——紧急扩大邮寄选票、投放箱、延长收票时间、放宽签名核验，大量传统本人到场投票的保障被削弱。这些改变并非通过正常立法程序，而是行政命令和临时裁决，客观上大幅提高了有利于民主党的投票方式占比，也让2020年大选的完整性和可核查性受到严重质疑。
疫情期间的荒谬防疫逻辑（“没有症状本身就是一种症状”、健康人也要隔离限制），被马斯克在日记曝光后连续痛批。他先嘲笑福奇日记里抱怨自己“被恶毒攻击”的内容，随后发文讽刺“没有症状就是症状”，并用“Fauci smelled it and he also dealt it”一针见血指出：福奇自己先知道真相，却主动参与制造恐慌。
必须看清整条链条：中共从源头封锁信息、销毁样本、打压吹哨人；美国部分高官则在关键时刻选择夸大危险、配合叙事、推动恐慌，既掩盖了实验室泄漏的重大嫌疑，也为本国选举规则的非常规变更创造了政治和社会条件。 全球约700万直接死亡、超额死亡超1500万的灾难背后，既有中共的原罪，也有西方精英阶层对真相的背叛和对权力的滥用。
福奇将于7月29日被强制传唤至参议院作证。兰德·保罗已表明将就其日记与公开言论的巨大矛盾、资金往来和掩盖行为进行质询。
六四天网认为，必须彻查武汉病毒研究所与相关美国资金的全部真相，必须追究所有参与制造恐慌、削弱选举诚信者的责任。谎言不能成为统治工具，死难者的鲜血更不容被用来为任何政治操盘买单。

U.S. Senator Rand Paul recently released more than 1,100 pages of private diary entries from former NIAID Director Anthony Fauci. The records once again confirm that as early as January 2020, Fauci already knew the Huanan Seafood Market “was not the source, only an amplifier,” and by February he privately estimated the COVID-19 case fatality rate at merely 0.2%–0.3%. Yet afterward, in public statements and under oath before Congress, he deliberately exaggerated the death rate, pushed the claim that “science had proven natural spillover,” and actively participated in the narrative campaign that branded the lab-leak theory a “conspiracy.”
This was not scientific caution. It was systematic public deception.
The diary shows that while fully aware the real risk was far lower than the official messaging, Fauci still cooperated in driving intense lockdowns, mandatory testing, and nationwide panic. This deliberately amplified fear directly provided the pretext for multiple key U.S. states to make emergency, large-scale changes to election rules under the banner of a “COVID emergency”—rapidly expanding mail-in ballots, drop boxes, extended ballot receipt deadlines, and relaxed signature verification. Traditional safeguards of in-person voting were significantly weakened. These changes were not enacted through normal legislative processes but through executive orders and temporary court rulings. Objectively, they greatly increased the share of voting methods that favored Democrats and severely undermined the integrity and verifiability of the 2020 election.
The absurd pandemic logic of the time—“not having symptoms is itself a symptom,” healthy people must still be isolated and restricted—was repeatedly mocked by Elon Musk after the diary’s release. He first laughed at Fauci’s diary complaint about being “viciously attacked” by him, then posted the satirical line “Not having symptoms is one of the symptoms,” and drove the point home with “Fauci smelled it and he also dealt it”—meaning Fauci knew the truth first, yet actively helped manufacture the panic.
The full chain must be seen clearly: The Chinese Communist Party sealed information at the source, destroyed samples, and crushed whistleblowers; certain senior U.S. officials, at the critical moment, chose to exaggerate the danger, coordinate the narrative, and stoke fear. In doing so they both helped cover up the serious suspicion of a lab leak and created the political and social conditions for unconventional changes to domestic election rules. Behind the global catastrophe of roughly 7 million direct deaths and more than 15 million excess deaths lies both the original sin of the CCP and the betrayal of truth and abuse of power by Western elites.
Fauci is scheduled to testify under subpoena before the Senate on July 29. Senator Rand Paul has made clear he will question him on the glaring contradictions between the diary and public statements, the funding connections, and the cover-up.
Tianwang News insists that the full truth of the Wuhan Institute of Virology and related U.S. funding must be thoroughly investigated, and that all those who participated in manufacturing panic and undermining election integrity must be held accountable. Lies must not be allowed to become tools of rule, and the blood of the dead must not be used to underwrite any political operation.
