美西时间9月16日至17日，海外社交平台集中转发同一套说法：习近平在新德里金砖峰会上身体不支，返京后送入解放军总医院（301医院）ICU，医院封锁，各军区紧急备战；若一病不起，中国可能内乱。部分华文账号把这写成“快报确定”。
From September 16 to 17 Pacific time, overseas feeds pushed one package: Xi Jinping collapsed at the BRICS summit in New Delhi, was flown into ICU at PLA General Hospital (Hospital 301), the ward was locked down, and theater commands went on alert. Some Chinese-language accounts labeled it a confirmed flash.

可核对的时间表与传闻对不上。中国外交部行前即公布：习近平9月12日至13日出席第十八次金砖峰会。他13日返京，与公布日程一致，不是“突然中断访问逃回”。开幕时印度总理莫迪停下来问“还好吗”。俄媒放出的现场完整画面显示：同传耳机故障，随行在换设备，莫迪等他点头后再继续。印度方面把“多位领导人在峰会病倒”标成假消息。
The checkable calendar does not match the rumor. Beijing’s foreign ministry published before the trip that Xi would attend the 18th BRICS summit on September 12–13. He returned on the 13th on that schedule — not a sudden flight home. At the opening, Prime Minister Modi paused to ask if Xi was all right. Full video released by Russian television shows a translation headset failure, staff swapping gear, and Modi waiting for a nod. India marked claims that several leaders fell ill at the summit as false.
住院、手术、ICU、301医院封区和全军备战，目前没有任何中方、印方或医院公报。源头是流亡异议人士、被禁的中国民主党主席谢万军在X上的单方面陈述。他的帖子开头就写“据传”“据称”，并配习近平低头看文件的照片。该帖截稿前约1300次转发、4200赞、51.4万浏览。他过去多次发过同类“习中风进301”的帖，习随后又公开露面。X社区笔记已写：与事实不符、缺证据。美西时间9月17日上午，谢万军再发帖称俄媒耳机视频是AI拼接，并把“五天不露面”写成“连续五天昏迷很可能是真的”。这是推理，不是新的医院证据。
Hospitalization, surgery, ICU, a sealed 301 ward and a military alert have no Chinese, Indian or hospital communiqué. The source is a one-sided thread by exile Wanjun Xie, chairman of the banned China Democracy Party. His own post begins with “it is rumored” and “it is claimed,” over a photo of Xi looking down at papers. At capture the post had about 1,300 reposts, 4,200 likes and 514,000 views. He has posted similar “stroke at 301” claims before; Xi later appeared in public. Community Notes on X already call the posts inconsistent with facts. On the morning of September 17 Pacific time, Xie posted again, calling the Russian headset video an AI splice and treating five days without a public appearance as proof of a five-day coma. That is inference, not a new hospital record.

Xi is still slated to meet President Trump in the United States around September 24. A coma that canceled that trip would normally produce an official delay first. None has.

中共把领导人的身体当成国家机密。真空里最容易长谣言，也最容易被拿来做气象探测。谢万军是不是中共外宣，没有公开工资单可以钉死；中共会渗透海外民运，这是真的。更稳的一层是功能，不是身份证：同一周里，民运号、标题党、统战号抢同一口风——“习倒了，不敢出门”。华盛顿若立刻改口、取消峰会、或把病重写成可以动手的窗口，北京就量到了温度。试探不一定要本人领工资，扩音器够用。
The Party treats a leader’s body as a state secret. A vacuum grows rumors and weather balloons. Whether Xie is a Party mouthpiece is not on a public payroll. That the Party penetrates overseas opposition is true. The sturdier point is function, not a badge: in the same week, exile accounts, headline mills and united-front pipes shout the same line — Xi is down and will not leave home. If Washington flinches, cancels, or treats illness as a window to act, Beijing has a temperature reading. A probe does not need a salaried agent. A loudspeaker is enough.
访美可以畏惧，畏惧不必等于“怕被美国坐地扣下”。扣到访的国家主席是战争级动作，美国没有把这写成公开政策。更常见的不敢出门，是党内军权不稳，人离开北京就不放心。关税、芬太尼、伊朗线，川普总统要的是把账摊在桌上，不是把客人关进地下室。健康是不是真的，等人有没有按原计划走下飞机。在那之前，把“确定进ICU、全军备战”写成新闻，是把传闻升级成事实。天网不跟。
Fear of the U.S. trip can be real without meaning fear of being seized on the tarmac. Detaining a visiting head of state is an act of war. Washington has not published that as policy. The more common reason not to leave home is a shaky grip on the gun at home. President Trump wants the ledger on the table — tariffs, fentanyl, Iran — not a guest in a cellar. Whether the body is failing will show when the man walks off the plane on schedule. Until then, writing “confirmed ICU and a nation on war footing” upgrades a rumor into a fact. 64tianwang will not.
