Elon Musk quoted a video of California Governor Gavin Newsom and wrote only two words: “He’s right.”

In the video, Newsom said the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) will become dominant and mainstream in the Democratic Party. He said the system is broken and that “we can’t manage the decline. We have to completely reimagine.”
视频中，纽森说美国民主社会主义者（DSA）将会成为民主党的主导力量和主流。他说体系已经坏了，“我们不能只是管理衰退。我们必须彻底重新想象。”
DSA’s platform includes support for transgender policies that treat biological sex as changeable, allow biological males in women’s sports and spaces, and promote gender-related medical interventions for minors in some cases. Newsom has publicly backed similar positions in California.

President Trump has repeatedly stated the opposite position: biological sex is real, men do not compete in women’s sports, and children should not be subjected to irreversible gender interventions. He has signed executive orders and supported legislation on these issues.

The difference is not about slogans. It is about whether basic facts—male and female—are still recognized as real, and whether policy follows those facts or overrides them.
