报道指出，美国财政部长斯科特·贝森特（Scott Bessent）昨天正式宣布启动“Operation Economic Outcast”（经济放逐行动）。
该行动要求所有仍与伊朗有贸易往来的国家彻底切断关系，并对继续协助伊朗的国家与企业实施二级制裁，目标是彻底掐断伊朗政权的经济命脉。
The report states that U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent formally announced the launch of “Operation Economic Outcast” yesterday.
The operation demands that all countries still doing business with Iran completely sever ties and imposes secondary sanctions on nations and companies that continue to assist Iran, with the goal of completely cutting off the economic lifelines of the Iranian regime.
