1787年9月17日，费城通过这部根本法。它把主权写在选民手里：设国会、限政府、保权利，同时规定人民用选举更换掌权的人。宪法日不是放假口号。它回答一个问题：美国人怎样合法地救这个国家？答案写在第一句里——权力不从宫廷来，从投票箱来。

On September 17, 1787, Philadelphia adopted that charter. It placed sovereignty with voters: a Congress, a limited government, listed rights, and a lawful way to change who holds office. Constitution Day is not a holiday slogan. It answers how Americans save the country by law. The first sentence is the answer — power does not come from a court or a palace. It comes from the ballot.

Former press secretary Karoline Leavitt told Fox: do not let perfect kill the good already done; the 47th president needs every patriot at the polls. Lose the House and the investigations, impeachments and weaponized law return. Those two lines meet Constitution Day: the books have turned; the right still has to be used.

“我们人民”四个字不是墙上的装饰。它规定：边境、税收、警察、国会多数，最终由成年公民的一票决定。有人把宪法拿来只骂战争、只骂总统；宪法同时规定，不喜欢现行政策的人，路是选举，不是砸投票站，也不是把司法变成第二战场。莱维特说的“冲去投票站”，是去投票，不是上街。

“We the People” is not wall art. It means the border, taxes, police and a congressional majority are decided by adult citizens at the box. Some quote the Constitution only to condemn a war or a president. The same charter says the road for those who dislike the government is an election — not wrecking a polling place, and not turning courts into a second battlefield. Leavitt’s “storm the polls” means vote. It does not mean take the street.

拯救美国的合法动作，就是11月3日把家人带去投票，把已经动手的事投成多数：厂留在美国，农村不被当累赘，福利不被拿去空转，国会不被交回专门搞调查的人手上。宪法给了权。不用，权就空着。能辨，才谈得上把共和国投回去。

The lawful act that saves the country is this: on November 3, take your household to vote and turn what has already started into a majority — plants stay here, the countryside is not treated as a burden, benefits are not gamed, and Congress is not handed back to people whose first business is investigation. The Constitution gave the power. Unused, it sits empty. Only with that distinction can the Republic be voted back.
