On October 29, Nick Shirley posted that Cam Higby and James O’Keefe exposed Minnesota’s voter scam, and that the state is now trying to put them in prison. He also noted that David Hoch exposed a mosque operating inside a U.S. Postal Service building, and that Ilhan Omar and Tim Walz enabled billions in fraud while playing the victim. He called Minnesota a fraudulent state.

James O’Keefe responded directly. He said the felony charges against those who exposed the fraud are not political but fundamental: whether citizens still have the right to question their government. He called it a landmark First Amendment case. He stated that weaponized lawfare has always backfired on those who come after him, and that his foundation will indemnify members of the Justice League, including Cam Higby, for their lawful reporting. He urged Americans and journalists to stand united against Minnesota prosecutors.

Cam Higby wrote that he showed how Minnesota allows cheating in elections, and now they want to take away his right to vote. He called it lawfare meant to scare independent journalists who challenge them, and labeled it fascism.
