At about 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time on September 25, President Trump posted on Truth Social a night photo of a transport aircraft with its cargo ramp down. Figures in tan uniforms walk up the slope into the hold. The text is one block:

“This is where we send our Killers, Drug Dealers, and Thugs. It’s why Murder, and other Crimes in America, is at Record Lows! President DONALD J. TRUMP”

Minutes earlier, at about 5:55 p.m. Pacific, the account @MAGAVoice circulated a roughly 1-minute-40-second clip on the same theme and named the destination in its own caption: El Salvador. That line is the amplifier’s, not the words on Trump’s Truth card. The presidential post does not print a country name. It prints the aircraft and the categories of people on it.
稍早，美西下午约5时55分，账号 @MAGAVoice 放出约1分40秒同题片子，自己的配文点名目的地：萨尔瓦多。那是转发者的字，不是川普总统卡片上的字。总统原帖没有印出国名。印出的是飞机，和要送上去的人。

1. What the post is doing
一、这条帖在做什么
It is not a new statute. It is the president putting the removal flight on the table after a week of state-visit ceremony. The same White House that hosted a red-carpet send-off on Friday afternoon is, by Friday evening, showing the other door: people convicted or charged as killers, dealers, and street thugs do not stay to set the crime rate.
这不是一部新法。这是总统在国事访问礼仪走完之后，把遣返航班摆上桌。周五下午还是红地毯送客，周五傍晚就是另一扇门：被定为杀人犯、毒贩、街头暴徒的人，不留在这儿抬犯罪率。
Trump’s claim that murder and other crimes are at record lows is his administration’s ledger. Write it as his sentence. Check the tables when the departments publish the year. Do not launder a slogan into a court finding, and do not pretend the flights are a rumor. The aircraft is in the frame.
谋杀和其他犯罪创下新低，是川普政府自己的账本。写成他的话。部里年表出来再对表。不要把口号写成判决，也不要把航班写成传闻。飞机就在画面里。
2. El Salvador is policy, not a meme
二、萨尔瓦多是政策，不是段子
Third-country detention and removal to El Salvador has been an open line of this term: prison capacity bought abroad so the United States does not have to warehouse every deportee in a county jail. MAGA Voice named the country because that is where a large share of the public already maps those flights. The presidential card leaves the map off and keeps the categories on: killers, dealers, thugs.
把人送到萨尔瓦多关押、再遣返，是本届已经摊开的政策：境外买监狱容量，美国不必把每个被遣返的人堆在县看守所。MAGA Voice 点出国名，是因为公众早把这类航班画在那张地图上。总统卡片不画地图，只留类别：杀人犯、毒贩、暴徒。

A state dinner and a cargo ramp can sit on the same calendar. One shows who holds the house. The other shows who does not get to stay in it. Online voices that call every removal “cruel” skip the victims. Online voices that invent a country name the president did not type skip the text. Both skip the test: if murder is down, keep the flights and publish the numbers. If a flight is theater, the tables will say so.
