Elon Musk posted two lines about nineteen hours before this dispatch. The first: “No more AI. SI. It’s better.” The second: “It always was.” The picture is the cover of Nick Bostrom’s book, Superintelligence: Paths, Dangers, Strategies. SI is superintelligence. He is dropping the phrase “artificial intelligence” for that word.

Eric Daugherty read the posts as an announcement that SpaceXAI will be renamed SpaceXSI, in line with President Trump, and said Musk had corrected himself after still saying “AI” while standing next to the president. The rename is his reading. What Musk posted is the two lines and the book.
