Tianwang reported on October 5 what Musk reposted from Mike Benz: USAID more than doubled spending in Brazil after Bolsonaro won in 2018, and the money went to projects to undermine him. Musk named the practice election interference and regime change. The spending was in the dark under the word “aid.” The elections since the agency was gutted are the part now in the light. Eric Daugherty added this morning that Brazil is next and Bolsonaro is on his way. That line is his. The chart still says pending.
