X平台于美西时间2026年8月27日下午5时17分宣布，安全团队查出一个约20万个账号的中国虚假账号农场。其中约200个账号专门干预美国关于人工智能数据中心与能源政策的讨论。
X announced at 5:17 p.m. Pacific Time on August 27, 2026 that its Safety team identified a Chinese inauthentic-account farm of about 200,000 accounts. Within that farm, about 200 accounts were posting in ways that could manipulate a legitimate U.S. debate over AI data centers and energy policy.
X全球政府事务账号@GlobalAffairs称，这些帖文宣称AI数据中心会“推高居民电价”“挤爆电网”，并使用AI生成漫画，把数据中心运营商画成靠牺牲公众利益发财。
X表示，将严肃处理任何破坏平台真实性的行为，并已按真实性政策封禁相关账号。
X’s Global Government Affairs account @GlobalAffairs said the posts claimed AI data centers were “driving up household electricity prices” and “straining the grid,” and used AI-generated cartoons depicting operators enriching themselves at the public’s expense.
X said it takes seriously any attempt to undermine the integrity of the platform and has suspended accounts that violate its Authenticity policy.

这并不是第一次出现同类操作。2026年6月，OpenAI曾公布名为“Data Center Bandwagon”（数据中心跟风行动）的调查：中国境内账号用简体中文向ChatGPT下指令，再用VPN伪装成美国人，在X上发布英文帖和漫画，把电费上涨归咎于数据中心。OpenAI判断，操作者很可能是一家为中国地方政府客户服务的私营科技公司社媒团队。同期还有第二组行动“Tech and Tariffs”，专门攻击美国关税与科技政策。
This is not the first such operation. In June 2026, OpenAI disclosed a campaign it called “Data Center Bandwagon”: accounts inside China prompted ChatGPT in Simplified Chinese, then used VPNs to pose as Americans on X, posting English comments and cartoons blaming data centers for higher electricity bills. OpenAI assessed the operators were likely a social-media team at a private Chinese tech firm working for provincial government clients. A second cluster, “Tech and Tariffs,” targeted U.S. tariffs and tech policy.
需要说明的是：美国部分地区对数据中心带来的电价、用地和用水压力，本身存在真实争议。此类网军行动的特点，通常是拿真实问题做外壳，用假账号集中放大。OpenAI当时评估，那一轮假账号实际互动并不高；此次X清理的则是更大规模的号池。
It should be noted that local U.S. concerns over electricity prices, land and water near data centers are real in some areas. Influence operations of this type typically wrap a real grievance in inauthentic accounts to amplify it. OpenAI previously assessed that the earlier campaign gained little authentic engagement; tonight’s X action targets a much larger account pool.
与此对照，马斯克旗下xAI于2026年3月4日向川普总统汇报：将为主要超级计算机和数据中心自建约1.2吉瓦电力，并表示以后每多建一座数据中心也会同样自备电源，以免普通美国人电费上涨。该项目位于密西西比州Southaven，并称将扩大全球已最大的Megapack储能装机。
By contrast, on March 4, 2026, Elon Musk’s xAI told President Trump that it would develop about 1.2 gigawatts of power for its primary supercomputer and data center, and that each additional data center would likewise bring its own power, so ordinary Americans would not face higher bills. The site is in Southaven, Mississippi, and the company said it would expand what it called the world’s largest Megapack installation.

X此次清理，把“反对美国建AI基础设施”从普通舆论争议，进一步指向有组织的跨境虚假信息操作。数据中心是否推高电价，仍可公开辩论；用20万机器人账号伪装成美国人来主导这场辩论，则是另一回事。
Tonight’s takedown frames opposition to U.S. AI infrastructure not only as a public debate, but as an organized cross-border inauthentic campaign. Whether data centers raise power prices remains a legitimate question. Using a farm of 200,000 bot accounts to impersonate Americans and steer that debate is another matter.
