Elon Musk posted that Democrats will execute their plan to end democracy in America if they gain control. He quoted Kamala Harris saying the party needs to revisit the electoral college, expand the court, and grant statehood to Puerto Rico and DC.

The White House answered the same day with a video titled “Case 47: Save America.” It said President Trump is up to the task. The video showed a cartoon Trump in a detective coat searching a dark scene for clues. The first clue read: “MOST SECURE BORDER IN AMERICAN HISTORY — 17 MONTHS OF ZERO BORDER RELEASES.” The final clue said: “YOU SECURED TENS OF TRILLIONS IN NEW INVESTMENTS.” The video ended with the words “The choice is simple. America First. Make America Great Again.”

The choice is clear. One side wants to change the rules that have kept American democracy balanced for more than two centuries. The other side points to the border and the money already coming in, and says the system is worth defending. Musk and the White House are saying the same thing: the system is under threat, and the fight is not over.
